    At Zovia, we make refunds simple and transparent. We do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer full refunds for eligible products β€” no need to ship anything back.

    This policy explains exactly how refunds, our Auto-Ship & Save program, and cancellations work.

    1. Product Refunds – No Returns Needed

    • Eligibility: Refunds are available only for products that were not purchased on sale or at a discounted or promotional price.
    • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
    • What You Get: A full refund of 100% of the purchase price, including original shipping.
    • How It Works:
      • Email support@tryzovia.com with your order number.
      • Request a refund β€” no explanation required.
      • Keep the product (no return shipping required).
    • Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    2. Damaged or Defective Orders
    If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, we will issue a full refund regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale. Simply email us at support@tryzovia.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll take care of it.

    3. Auto-Ship & Save Subscription
    Our Auto-Ship & Save program delivers your products automatically every 30 days at a discounted rate.

    • How Billing Works: You are charged every 30 days on your billing date, and your order ships out the same day.
    • Minimum Commitment: A minimum subscription period of one month (one billing cycle) is required.
    • Skipping, Pausing, or Canceling: After the first month, you may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
    • Cancellation Notice: Cancellation, skip, or pause requests must be submitted at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date. Requests received within 5 days of the billing date will take effect the following cycle.
    • How to Cancel, Skip, or Pause:
      • Email support@tryzovia.com with your order number and your request (no explanation required).
      • You'll receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.
    • Refunds on Subscription Charges: Once a subscription charge has processed and the order has shipped, the standard product refund policy above applies. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for charges already processed.

    4. Order Cancellations – Before vs. After Shipping

    • Before Shipment: If you email us before your order ships, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
    • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, the standard refund policy applies β€” full refund available for non-sale products within 30 days of delivery, no return required.

    5. Sale and Promotional Items
    Products purchased on sale, with a discount, or as part of a promotional offer are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or order issues (see Section 2).

    6. Policy Precedence & Clarification

    • Sale and Discounted Item Rules Take Priority: In the event of any perceived conflict between refund clauses, the sale/discounted item policy takes precedence β€” except where damage or order issues apply.
    • Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund: Canceling your Auto-Ship & Save subscription prevents future billing but does not guarantee a refund for charges already processed.
